Snow Noir

It seems the snow is melting today; everyone's car is filthy and the roads spit bits of gravel and salt as we go about our daily business... carefully. I think photographers in the south tend to be enamored of snow because of the visual change it offers- everywhere we look, what we have seen so many times is totally different. I took the opportunity to enjoy it with my most adventurous dog, Doc Holiday. I'm calling the post "Snow Noir" because all the photos are hard black-and-white, shadowy like an old Humphrey Bogart movie. The best of which of course, is Casablanca! Exclamation points to infinity.

Doc is famous for going, going, going, until he is worn out, then he fades fast...
