Thanksgiving '08

Thanksgiving was miraculously relaxing this year, exactly what I needed and wanted! Of course I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take photos of my nieces and nephews, they have changed so much since last year. The oldest two are starting to look like grown people.

I love the way Ashley holds her toys close like dear loved ones in a tightly contained circle; the obscured face of the doll seems to bring more attention to her open expression.

Noah, once as mischievous as he looks in this photo, has calmed down a lot at the ripe old age of 3.

Paul Louis Stone III, just as sweet as his eyes say he is. : )

Baby Emily shows off her two front teeth.

Hill-side surfing is the favored activity at my mom's place. On the right day, she can be seen sledding right along side her grandchildren.

Of course Paul has try several entry points on the hill, whether they lead him over sidewalks or into bushes...

My brother and his wife, who celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary last summer. I will never forget how proud my brother looked on his wedding day, it makes me almost tear up again to remember. I could only take a few photos at the wedding, I was crying too profusely!

Love you guys! Move back to GA!

How cool to see the transformation of the kids over the past year. They're all adorable still!
